About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven
PPC Analyst
to oversee and scale performance marketing campaigns within the US home services sector.

This is an advanced role for a strategic media buyer and data analyst. You won't just be checking boxes or doing routine maintenance; you will dive deep into a robust testing ecosystem to uncover winning patterns, optimize key performance metrics, and systematically improve lead quality at scale. If you are passionate about consumer psychology, rapid experimentation, and data analysis, this role is built for you.

Core Responsibilities
- Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze core KPIs across multiple Meta (Facebook & Instagram) accounts, including CPL, Lead Quality, CVR, CTR, and CPC.
- A/B Testing & Optimization:
Develop and execute structured testing frameworks for ad creatives, hooks, messaging, offers, and audience targeting.
- Scalability & Growth:
Identify high-performing creative and targeting patterns from large datasets and systematically apply them across diverse accounts.
- Creative Strategy:




Partner with creative teams to guide asset production based on quantitative data, direct-response principles, and scroll-stopping concepts.
- Funnel Enhancement:
Analyze downstream lead data and conversion quality to recommend improvements for Instant Forms, landing pages, and qualification funnels.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience
managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record in digital performance marketing with a heavy focus on
lead generation

- Expert-level command of Meta Ads Manager, account architecture, and attribution frameworks.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into actionable optimization strategies.
- Experience managing multiple high-performing accounts simultaneously.
