- Key Responsibilities Meet clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Develop innovative interior design concepts for residential, commercial, hospitality, and office spaces.
- Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Select furniture, lighting, color schemes, materials, finishes, and dcor elements.
- Create detailed working drawings and coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure design execution as planned.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities),



material specifications, and project estimates.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Present design proposals and revisions to clients professionally.
- Required Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, or similar design software.
- Positive understanding of space planning, lighting, furniture, and material selection.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of construction details and site execution.
- Excellent communication, client handling, and coordination skills.
