About the Role

We're looking for a
Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive
who can wear multiple hats — someone who can bring in new business, build our brand online, and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the hustle of sales and the creativity of content and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing:
Drive overall sales and marketing efforts for the company, identifying new business opportunities and revenue channels.
- LinkedIn & Lead Generation:
Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, connect with potential leads, and identify outsourcing/project opportunities for new business.
- Content & Social Media:
Manage the company website, create engaging blog content, and handle all social media handles to build brand visibility.
- Client Acquisition (Staff Augmentation):
Identify and reach out to potential clients specifically for staff augmentation projects, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Requirements
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written)

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing (IT/staff augmentation industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or B2B networking.
- Basic understanding of website management (WordPress or similar) and content writing/blogging.
- Familiarity with social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

- Prior experience working with an IT services or staff augmentation company.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
