About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talkdesk Technical Lead / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise contact center solutions using Talkdesk CCaaS. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Talkdesk architecture, omnichannel routing, AI-powered customer engagement, API integrations, and enterprise contact center transformation initiatives.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, intelligent, and high-performing customer service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade contact center solutions using Talkdesk CCaaS.





Translate business requirements into scalable and secure contact center architectures.

Design intelligent IVR flows, customer journeys, omnichannel experiences, and routing strategies.

Configure, optimize, and maintain Talkdesk Studio workflows and routing logic.

Implement best practices for scalability, resiliency, and high availability.

Integration & Development

Build and maintain integrations using Talkdesk REST APIs, Webhooks, and Integration Builder.

Integrate Talkdesk with enterprise applications such as:

CRM platforms

Zendesk

Jira

Policy Administration Systems

Other third-party business applications

Develop real-time API lookups and agile routing capabilities.

Configure authentication mechanisms including OAuth and SAML.

Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance integrations across enterprise systems.

AI & Automation

Implement and optimize Talkdesk AI capabilities, including:

Talkdesk Copilot

Virtual Agent

Agent Assist

Design AI-driven
