Role Overview :

We are looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead and scale Vservs Affiliate Business across India and International markets. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in affiliate marketing, mobile performance advertising, publisher partnerships, advertiser acquisition, operations, and P&L; management.

This role will own the complete businessfrom revenue growth and strategic partnerships to operations, product feedback, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

*Business Growth*
- Own complete P&L; for the Affiliate Business.
- Drive revenue and profitability across India and global markets.
- Build annual business plans, forecasts, and growth strategies.




- Identify recent business opportunities across Fintech, Gaming, E-commerce, OTT, BFSI, Travel, and emerging verticals.
- Scale advertiser acquisition and publisher partnerships.

*Sales & Strategic Partnerships*
- Develop relationships with brands, agencies, affiliate networks, DSPs, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term partnerships.
- Represent Vserv at industry conferences and networking events.
- Drive enterprise-level partnerships across APAC, MENA, LATAM, Europe, and North America.

*Affiliate & Publisher Network*
- Expand high-quality publisher base globally.
- Improve publisher retention and revenue.
- Ensure traffic quality, fraud prevention, and compliance.
- Build exclusive inventory partnerships.

*Operations & Delivery*
- Oversee campaign operations and delivery.
- Ensure achievement of CPA, CPI, CPL, CPS, ROAS, and revenue KPIs.
