Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly financial accounting, MIS reporting, and management reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for business performance.
- Prepare financial dashboards, KPI reports, and presentations for leadership.
- Perform cost analysis and support manufacturing finance activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales teams for financial data and business insights.
- Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and finance compliance activities.
- Support GST, TDS, and other routine finance compliance processes.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports using Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup functions, and formulas.
- Create interactive Power BI dashboards for finance and operations reporting.
- Prepare qualified PowerPoint presentations for business reviews.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes.
- Support internal controls, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Work with SAP ERP (preferred) for financial data analysis and reporting.
