Role Description
The Operations Executive role at SolarSetu Energy is a full-time, in office position based in Prayagraj. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating with solar vendors, internal teams, and customers to ensure a seamless experience on the platform. The Operations Executive will track project progress, manage documentation,



and support scheduling and workflow to ensure timely and accurate execution of residential solar installations. The role includes monitoring operational metrics, identifying process gaps, and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Operations Executive will also assist in resolving operational issues, maintaining compliance with internal standards, and contributing to the development of scalable operational processes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily activities and support process optimization.
