About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max. You'll own campaign performance end-to-end — from keyword strategy to budget optimization — for clients across multiple industries.

What You'll Do

✅ Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax, YouTube)

✅ Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting

✅ Write and A/B test ad copy, headlines, and creatives

✅ Monitor budgets, bids, and campaign performance to maximize ROAS

✅ Track and analyze KPIs — CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS

✅ Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4

✅ Optimize landing pages in coordination with design/dev teams for better Quality Score

✅ Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for clients/stakeholders

✅ Stay updated on Google Ads policy changes, new features, and industry best practices





✅ Coordinate with SEO, content, and design teams for integrated campaign strategy

What You Bring

Mandatory:

? 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

? Proven experience across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns

? Solid understanding of Google Ads auction mechanics, Quality Score, and bidding strategies

? Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

? Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROI/ROAS

? Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

? Excellent written and verbal English communication

? Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision

Preferred:

⭐ Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or Measurement)

⭐ Experience managing multiple client accounts/agency background

⭐ Experience with landing page optimization / CRO basics
