About The Role
As a Manager – Design (Creative Strategy & Adoption), you will lead the creative direction for adoption-focused initiatives across branding, launch collateral,



educational assets, and engagement campaigns. You will ensure that every artifact is aligned to the appropriate stage of the adoption journey—Excitement, Awareness, Education, and Reinforcement—and is designed to drive measurable outcomes.

The role requires a strong blend of creative strategy, storytelling, stakeholder management, and execution excellence. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to shape narratives, define success metrics, direct creative outputs across formats, and provide strategic guidance that drives adoption and engagement. You will also play a key role in maintaining creative quality, mentoring teams through structured feedback, and continuously improving the effectiveness of campaigns through post-launch learnings.
