About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who can effectively manage Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Operations, Statutory Compliance and Employee Lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent stakeholder management skills and a process-driven mindset to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.

Qualifications Experience
- Postgraduate in Human Resources Business Administration.
- 2 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll,



Compliance and Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment across technical and niche hiring requirements.
- Experience working with HRMS platforms (Zoho HRMS preferred).
- Solid knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity and other statutory compliances.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining high accuracy.
- Self-driven, proactive, organized and capable of working independently.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
