Role Description
The Game Design Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, structured training sessions on game design concepts and tools to learners in office at the Gurugram office. This full-time role involves planning and conducting classes, workshops, and hands-on projects that help learners understand game mechanics, user experience, storytelling, and design processes.



The trainer will develop and refine training materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with industry standards and learner needs. They will mentor learners, provide constructive feedback on projects, track progress, and collaborate with academic and product teams to continuously improve the program. The role also includes staying updated on game design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and industry-ready.

Qualifications
