Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing interior projects end-to-end, starting from lead generation and sales conversion to final project handover. The role requires strong coordination between sales, design, production, and site execution teams while acting as a single point of contact for the customer. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of interior works, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
- Generate leads through various sources and handle incoming enquiries.
- Understand client requirements, space usage, budget, and design expectations.
- Have to Co-ordinate with the estimation team to get the proper quotation.
- Submit quotations, follow up with customers, address clarifications, and negotiate to close sales.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders in coordination with the Sales Manager.
Design & Pre-Execution Coordination
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely preparation of design concepts and revisions.
- Ensure customer approvals for designs, specifications, and layouts.
- Coordinate with the shop drawing team to get accurate and approved drawings.
- Work closely with the BOM team to ensure correct material estimation and costing.
Production & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure materials are planned and manufactured as per approved drawings and timelines.
- Coordinate with the site execution team for smooth project execution.
- Track material dispatches, site requirements, and execution progress.
- Resolve coordination gaps between design, factory, and site teams.
Customer Coordination
- Act as a single point of contact for the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
