Job Title: Generative AI Engineer / Senior Generative AI Developer
Experience: 7 to 12 Years
Location: Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer with 712 years of IT experience and solid expertise in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, LLM frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, prompt engineering, and cloud AI services.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build AI solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.




- Develop intelligent AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications through REST APIs and microservices.
- Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and model evaluation techniques.
- Develop and optimize semantic search using embeddings and vector databases.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor LLM performance for enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
- Ensure AI applications meet security, scalability, governance, and responsible AI standards.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and Agile development processes.
