Role Description

We are seeking a
Chinese Speaking Customer Support Representative
to join our remote support team on a full time basis.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in
Mandarin Chinese
.
Cantonese language skills will be an added advantage.
The role involves assisting customers through phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries efficiently while providing a professional and positive customer experience.





Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Resolving customer concerns and providing accurate information about products and services.
- Troubleshooting basic technical and account-related issues.
- Escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:
- Fluency in
Mandarin Chinese
