Key Responsibilities:

1. Display & Window Styling:
- Design and execute eye-catching, imaginative window displays that tell a story (e.g., Back to School, Holiday, Summer Vacation) to attract passing shoppers.
- Style mannequins (toddler, kid, and teen sizes) with relevant, trend-right, and appropriately layered outfits to showcase coordinated collections.
- Ensure all displays are colorful, interactive, and storytelling-driven to capture a child's imagination while displaying product utility to parents.

2. Floor Merchandising & Layout Planning:
- Implement floor layouts (planograms) that optimize traffic flow, keeping in mind that kids' stores need wide, stroller-friendly aisles.
- Organize and present merchandise on walls, tables, and fixtures according to size, color, age group (Infant, Toddler, Boys, Girls), and category.
- Ensure high-margin and promotional items are placed at the primary eye level of parents, while interactive elements or lower-priced impulse items (toys, accessories) are within a child’s reach.

3. Safety, Maintenance & Upkeep:
- Ensure all VM fixtures,



props, and interactive displays are 100% secure, sturdy, and child-proof (no sharp edges, heavy loose objects, or choking hazards).
- Conduct daily floor walks to ensure the store is neat, clean, well-lit, and that missing sizes on displays are immediately replenished.
- Manage, maintain, and safely store VM props, signage, and seasonal decorations.

4. Signage & Graphic Management:
- Coordinate the installation of Point of Sale (POS) signage, price call-outs, and promotional banners.
- Ensure age-group markers (e.g., "0-12 Months", "2-4 Years") are clearly visible to make the shopping experience easy and stress-free for parents.

5. Commercial Awareness & Collaboration:
- Analyze weekly sales reports to identify slow-moving and best-selling items. Modify VM displays to push slow stock or highlight top sellers.
