Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end receivables for domestic and export customers.
- Drive timely collections and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Monitor customer ageing, collection forecasts and overdue balances.
- Manage EDPMS reconciliation and closure.
- Ensure compliance with RBI/FEMA regulations and coordinate with AD Banks.
- Coordinate export documentation, shipping bill reconciliation and export realization.
- Prepare customer reconciliations and resolve invoice disputes, debit notes and deductions.
- Recommend and monitor customer credit limits and support credit reviews.
- Support Treasury with cash flow forecasts and working capital optimization.
- Own Accounts Receivable processes in SAP S/4HANA (mandatory expertise).
- Drive process improvements and automation in SAP S/4HANA.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: MBA (Finance)/M.Com/ B.Com
Experience: 8 - 12 years (Manager) or 12 - 15 years (Senior Manager) in export-oriented manufacturing organizations.
Mandatory experience: Export AR, Customer Collections, Export Banking, EDPMS, RBI/FEMA Compliance, AD Bank Coordination, Credit Management, Working Capital, Customer Reconciliations and SAP S/4HANA.
