Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager

Department - Corporate Affairs / Business Development

Reports To - Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer

Job Location - Bengaluru / Mysuru (Travel as required)

Job Summary

The CSR Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, government bodies, and other stakeholders to drive impactful CSR projects aligned with the Company's mission and applicable CSR regulations.

The incumbent will identify funding opportunities, prepare project proposals, oversee project execution, measure social impact, and ensure compliance with statutory CSR requirements.

Key Responsibilities

CSR Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement the Company's CSR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify CSR opportunities in education, digital transformation, AI & ML, skill development, sustainability, and community development.




- Prepare annual CSR plans, budgets, and implementation roadmaps.

Corporate Partnerships
- Build relationships with corporate CSR teams and foundations.
- Identify and engage potential CSR funding partners.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and concept notes for CSR projects.
- Coordinate meetings and negotiations with prospective partners.

Government & Institutional Engagement
- Liaise with government departments, educational institutions, NGOs, and implementation partners.
- Identify opportunities under central and state government initiatives.
- Develop long-term institutional partnerships.

Project Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of CSR initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Ensure quality implementation and timely reporting.
