Roles & Resposibilities :
- Research and identify potential clients who can benefit from social media marketing services.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, and other online platforms.
- Reach out to prospective clients via LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other approved communication channels.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to understand their requirements and generate interest in our services.
- Introduce the agency's social media marketing services and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Conduct introductory meetings with prospects, understand their business needs, and present the agency's services.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions.




- Add and update lead details, follow-up activities, and meeting notes in the company's CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain professional communication.
- Work closely with the team to achieve weekly and monthly lead generation goals.
- Prepare daily or weekly lead generation reports.

Requirements :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in Business Development, Sales, or Digital Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
