We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager with 10–15 years of experience in an apparel export house. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in production planning, budgeting, capacity planning, and Time & Action (T&A;) management to ensure timely execution of orders and smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production plans in line with customer delivery schedules.
- Prepare and monitor budgets to optimize production costs and resources.
- Drive effective Time & Action (T&A;) planning and ensure milestone adherence.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Sourcing, and Quality teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor production capacity and allocate resources efficiently.
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time deliveries.




- Analyze planning data and prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure continuous process improvement to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in an apparel export house.
- Strong knowledge of Budgeting, Production Planning, Capacity Planning, and T&A; Management.
- Excellent coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and planning/reporting tools.
- Strong communication and team management abilities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
