Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain immigration and visa services professionally.
- Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for counselors.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication.
- Coordinate with the counseling team to ensure smooth client handling.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or Immigration.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are also welcome.
- Good command of Hindi, Punjabi and English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
