The Zuora Technical Support Analyst is responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing the company’s subscription billing operations within the Zuora platform. This role will work closely with Finance, Billing, and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into system configurations, test and implement changes, and ensure accurate and timely billing processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a desire to learn new systems quickly. The role requires balancing independent work with collaborative effort and ensuring system solutions keep pace with evolving business requirements as the organization expands into new markets.





This role is based out of our Hyderabad, India office. We operate in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week onsite, with the option to work remotely for up to two (2) days per week.

What You’ll Do
- Support and maintain Zuora billing and subscription management systems daily.
- Translate business requirements into Zuora configurations and workflow enhancements.
- Configure and optimize product catalogs, rate plans, billing rules, and invoice settings.
- Troubleshoot billing issues, resolve system errors, and ensure high data quality.
- Collaborate with users to minimize disruptions and drive system adoption.
- Document standard billing processes, configurations, and recurring issues.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc billing or revenue reports.
- Participate in testing and implementation of system changes tied to new business initiatives.
