- Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and coordinate technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring timely updates and data integrity throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding and ensure current hires are integrated smoothly into their roles.
