We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team in the Data Privacy & Compliance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data privacy and compliance, with excellent legal skills.

Roles and Responsibility
- Provide expert guidance on data privacy and compliance matters to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Develop and implement effective data privacy policies and procedures to protect sensitive information.
- Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and agreements related to data privacy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Stay updated with changing regulations and laws related to data privacy and compliance.
- Train and support employees on data privacy best practices.

Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of data privacy principles and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA,



and HIPAA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
- Experience with data privacy frameworks and compliance programs is preferred.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms is an asset.
