LogixHealth Solutions is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the role of AR Caller US Healthcare Voice Process. We welcome applications from fresh graduates as well as candidates with BPO voice experience who possess excellent communication skills and are willing to work in night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to insurance companies for claim follow-up and accounts receivable activities.
- Follow up on outstanding medical claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Document call outcomes accurately and maintain required records.
- Analyze claim status and resolve payment-related issues by coordinating with insurance representatives.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets while adhering to process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, etc.) or Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Freshers and candidates with BPO Voice experience are eligible to apply.
- Experience in International Voice Process is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Medical Billing will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: 16,500 25,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
- Two-way cab transportation provided.
- Fixed working days: Monday to Friday.
- Weekly offs: Saturday and Sunday.
