Job Summary:

We are looking for IT Infrastructure Executive who has experience in IT infrastructure and networking and system administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, LAN, switches, routers, and broadband connections.

• Configure and troubleshoot networking and internet-related issues across departments.

• Monitor and maintain firewall systems, internet security, and network access control.

• Handle NAS storage management, shared folders, backup monitoring, and data recovery support.

• Maintain and monitor CCTV systems, DVR/NVR devices, and recording backups.

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, printers, and user systems.

• Coordinate with internet service providers, firewall vendors, CCTV vendors, and IT suppliers.

• Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, warranty details, and inventory tracking.

• Handle procurement and purchasing of IT hardware, networking devices, and accessories.

• Ensure system uptime, data security,



and smooth IT operations within the organization.

• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, antivirus, and office software.

• Respond to emergency IT/network downtime issues and provide timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, Electronics, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or system administration.

• Valuable knowledge of:

o Networking concepts (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/TCP-IP)

o Firewall handling and internet security

o NAS storage and backup management

o CCTV systems and DVR/NVR handling

o Hardware and software troubleshooting

o Router, switch, and broadband troubleshooting

• Basic understanding of data backup, cybersecurity, and remote support.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and vendor coordination capability.
