The opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Lead who will be responsible for performing activities related to Brand Marketing and Communications. This individual will lead Marketo and CJA projects involving strategic execution of campaigns end to end, process improvements, oversee the development and implementation of marketing technology strategies that enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, marketing knowledge, and leadership skills.

The individual must be flexible, motivated, have high attention to detail and must have a proven track record of working effectively with teams, and with senior leaders across the business

Your Key Responsibilities




- Oversee Customer Journey Analytics tool implementation and product usage across different countries and regions. Design and build recent dashboards aligned with global and regional priorities and goals.
- Drive and lead campaign management leveraging marketing technologies aligned with Martech strategy aligned with business goals
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing technology strategies that enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing applications, preferably Marketo, and an in-depth knowledge of email marketing, is highly preferred.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all relevant content, assets and target audience parameters are received for campaign execution and set the right expectations
- Act as Project Manager/Subject Matter Exper
