About the Role

Our Client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to support its finance function from India while closely collaborating with the finance and leadership teams in the United States. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in manufacturing accounting, coupled with a sound understanding of US accounting principles (US GAAP). This role requires excellent financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete accounting cycle in compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee General Ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals,



and month-end/year-end closing.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, standard costing, BOM costing, overhead allocation, and variance analysis.
- Analyze production costs, inventory movements, and plant performance to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost planning, and profitability analysis.
- Coordinate with the US Finance team on reporting, compliance, audits, and financial planning.
- Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with corporate financial policies.
- Drive process improvements, ERP optimization, and automation initiatives.

Desired Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a manufacturing organization.
