Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Car Loan Executive to handle New Car and Used Car Loan sales and processing. The ideal candidate should have experience in dealership finance, banks, NBFCs, or DSA channels and be capable of managing the complete loan journey from customer inquiry to loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle New Car Loan and Used Car Loan inquiries.
- Generate leads and assist customers in selecting suitable car loan options.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, EMI, and documentation requirements.
- Collect and verify KYC, income, and vehicle-related documents.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, dealerships, and customers for loan approval and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and loan status updates.
- Maintain customer records, MIS, and loan application details.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealer partners.

Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in New Car Loan or Used Car Loan sales/processing.
- Experience with Banks, NBFCs, Dealerships, or DSA channels is preferred.
- Good knowledge of car loan documentation and lending procedures.
- Robust communication, sales, and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
