Job Description – Key Account Manager (Automotive OEM & Tier-1)

Education: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automobile Engineering or related discipline (MBA is an advantage).

About the Role

Technymon Technology India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic customer partnerships, identifying current application opportunities, driving commercial growth, and ensuring world-class customer satisfaction for our engineered sliding bearing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategic accounts within Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
- Build strong relationships with engineering, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, and senior management teams at customer organizations.




- Identify new projects and application opportunities from concept through serial production.
- Drive customer acquisition and increase business within existing accounts.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, quality, production, supply chain, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and annual business reviews.
- Monitor RFQs, quotations, project pipelines, and sales forecasts.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Technymon at customer meetings, technical reviews, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Achieve annual sales, profitability, and strategic business development targets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years of experience in Key Account Management or Tech
