About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video content, graphics, and visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, product explainers, and internal communication — bringing ideas to life through strong storytelling and design sensibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, marketing campaigns, and internal use
- Design motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using After Effects
- Create static graphics, banners, social media creatives, and marketing collateral using Photoshop and Illustrator
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to conceptualize video ideas, storyboards, and scripts
- Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, subtitles, and color grading to enhance video quality




- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stay updated with the latest video/design trends, formats, and tools (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Organize and maintain a structured library of raw footage, project files, and final assets

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing, transitions, color correction)
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, animation, VFX)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (photo editing, compositing, retouching)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics, logo/icon design)
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
- Basic knowledge of sound design and audio syncing
- Understanding of formats/specs for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
