Production Executive / Production Trainee

About Rance Foods: Rance Foods, established in 2026, is a manufacturer of high-quality dry ingredients for the Bakery and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) industries. We are building a modern food manufacturing company focused on quality, innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute daily production plans as per the production schedule.

* Ensure all workers and staff comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and hygiene standards.

* Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and related documentation.

* Supervise production manpower and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.

* Identify and recommend measures to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

* Coordinate with the Founder to implement new systems, processes, and continuous improvements.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Food Technology,



Food Science, or a related field.

* 0–1 year of experience in food manufacturing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* Ability to supervise production staff and labour.

* Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.

* Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a energetic startup environment.

* Basic knowledge of bakery industry, ingredients and additives
