? Key Responsibilities

✅ Drive business growth by acquiring new clients for IT Services and Software Development solutions.

✅ Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and successful deal closure.

✅ Generate new business opportunities across Domestic and International markets.

✅ Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

✅ Identify and convert business opportunities through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, and other B2B channels.

✅ Prepare winning proposals,



RFP/RFI responses, and commercial presentations in collaboration with technical teams.

✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining a robust and healthy sales pipeline.

✅ Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify new growth opportunities.

? Required Skills & Experience

✔ 6–10 years of proven experience in IT Services / Software Sales.

✔ Strong experience in International Sales and Domestic Business Development.

✔ Demonstrated success in B2B Client Acquisition, lead generation, and enterprise sales.

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

✔ Sound understanding of Web Development, Mobile Applications, Cloud Technologies, ERP, Digital Transformation, AI/ML, and Custom Software Solutions.
