Position - Manual Software Tester (Fresher)

Key Responsibility:

The Software Tester will be responsible for producing high quality work after understanding and

analyzing business needs and requirements received from users. Candidate must take direction from

team members to come up with most efficient and optimum solution. Critical thinking and

independent thinking is must.

Qualifications:

➢ BE (any stream) / M.SC (Computer)

➢ Software Testing course from institute is MUST

➢ Freshers

➢Knowledge of creating test cases, scenarios

➢ Execution of test cases

➢ Must understand and present bug details in well manner

➢ Familiar with all stages of testing phase.

➢ Should be able to identify and try to provide logic behind issues.

➢ Should be a valuable analyst too

➢ Must be well organized,



detail oriented and have great communication skills

➢ Able to manage the bond between developer and tester

Preferred:

➢ Familiar with software versioning, particularly SVN

➢ Able to work on your own with little or no help

➢ Able to create and follow specifications documentation

Interview Process - Offline

Location - Bavdhan (Pune)

Mode - WFO

Working Days - Monday To Friday

Salary Budget - 1.80 LPA To 2.00 LPA
