Project Overview:

Bechtel is seeking to expand its decades long relationship with Reliance by providing Project Management Consultant (PMC) Services and Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for offsites and utilities for a multi-billion-dollar upgrade expansion of existing petrochemical facilities in India. Reliance plans to augment its existing petrochemical facilities in Dahej, Gujarat, and Nagothane, Maharashtra, to expand its PVC capacity. The PMC Services will be led out of India with personnel deployed in Mumbai region, the project sites in India, as well as several key contractor locations across India.

Job Summary:

Assist Projects on monthly reports, performs supplier screening requests and handles supplier related queries via designated mailboxes. Manages test plans for Project Management Cycles (PMCs) from planning, execution, through production deployment and validation.



Has working knowledge of all modules of Digital Supply Chain System(DSCS) and assist users across modules.

Major Responsibilities:
- Support Corporate Supply Chain team, GBUs and projects on their specialized reporting requirements such as loading of SPEND, DB invoice and other monthly reports.
- Preparation of SPEND reports based on requests received.
- Performing Anti- corruption Due Diligence screening based on requests received from various users.
- Perform monthly bulk screening for Anti Corruption Due Diligence.
- Provide Tradesphere (RPL) Access (for all recent joiners in India office).
- Supplier Advisory/RPL/DB/Navex/Supplier user account related queries across all users/projects.
- Helpdesk support for Supplier Portal Inbox.
- Content Management for New Delhi Procurement Homepage.
- And other tasks as assigned by DSCS Functional Leads and DSCS Ops Manager.
