We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts to oversee Finance & Accounts operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, costing, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, MIS reporting, banking operations, and financial controls.





The role requires a proactive professional who can independently manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts functions while leading a team of 6-7 Finance & Accounts professionals. The candidate will work closely with the CFO to ensure timely financial reporting, regulatory compliance, effective financial planning, and continuous process improvements.

- Preparation and review of financial statements, balance sheets, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statements, MIS and Management Reports.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger and Payroll.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
