ice President – Passenger Division - Sales & Services.

This is a strategic leadership role for an individual with a proven track record in the airline passenger business, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive business growth while building long-term partnerships with airline principals and key industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the Passenger (PAX) business vertical across territories globally.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airline principals, travel trade partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead airline representation acquisitions.
- Oversee sales, distribution, marketing, customer service, and operational excellence for the PAX business.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and industry developments to drive business decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the aviation industry, with significant exposure to airline passenger sales, commercial management, or Passenger GSA operations.
- Proven leadership experience at a senior management level with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth.
- Robust network within the airline, travel trade, and aviation ecosystem.
- Experience in managing airline partnerships, commercial negotiations, and strategic business development.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
