Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, machine components, and production consumables.
- Identify, develop, and manage vendor relationships.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Stores, and Quality departments.
- Monitor inventory and maintain optimum stock levels.
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
- Maintain purchase records, documentation, and vendor databases.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through effective sourcing.
- Prepare procurement reports and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce,



Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- MBA in Operations/Supply Chain will be an added advantage.
- Required Experience 3–8 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement within the Manufacturing or Engineering Industry.
- Experience in Plastic Machinery, Injection Molding Machine, Industrial Machinery, Heavy Engineering, or Capital Equipment Manufacturing will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Robust vendor sourcing and vendor development skills.
- Excellent negotiation and cost optimization abilities.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and engineering drawings.
- Working knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
