Role Description

The Specification skilled is responsible for influencing decision-makers such as Architects, PMCs, QS, Developers, and Government bodies to specify the Merino range of products in retail outlets, residential, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:





Project Specification & Influence
- Engage with architects, consultants, and developers at design and pre-tender stages to get products specified in BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents.
- Promote the technical and aesthetic advantages of the product range to influence material selection.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:

o
Architects
(principals, designers, material selectors)

o
PMCs
(for project planning, material validation)

o
QS Consultants
(for cost specification & benchmarking)

o
Developers/Builders
(for commercial closure)

o
Government departments
(PWD, CPWD, Urban Local Bodies, Govt. Contractors, Govt. Officials etc .)
- Build rapport with influencers and understand the deal breakers of the influencers.

Project Mapping & Tracking
- Identify and map large-scale interior projects (residential, hospitality, healthcare, government,
