Job Description
- Partner with business leaders to understand priorities, challenges, and growth plans
- Act as a strategic advisor on people and organizational challenges
- Drive initiatives to enhance productivity, engagement, and performance
- Identify talent gaps and build succession planning frameworks
- Lead leadership development and high-potential talent programs
- Design capability-building and career development frameworks
- Leverage data analytics to inform HR decisions and strategies
- Monitor key HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, and engagement
- Develop HR dashboards and reporting mechanisms




- Drive organization development initiatives including culture and change management
- Enhance employee engagement and communication programs
- Collaborate with leadership teams to strengthen organizational culture

The Successful Applicant
- 8-15 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or OD
- Strong business and commercial acumen with data-driven mindset
- Proven experience solving complex organizational challenges
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience in high-growth, startup, or multi-business environments preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving organizations
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred
