Job Purpose / Objectives

Key Account Management & Customer relationship

Job Responsibilities and Major Activities / Tasks:
- Support to Key Account Manager in carrying out daily commercial (sales) related activities for 4W OEMs key accounts such as Mahindra, MG, MSIL and any additional OEMs
- Regular involvement in business case understanding, quote preparation, submission and negotiation with customer.
- Follow up for overdue payments and closure of open points with customer.
- Responsible for order management including documentation, follow up orders, Price change in SAP
- Responsible for internal monthly/quarterly reporting activities

Key Deliverables /Objectives & KPIs / PIs Tracked




- Resolution of Open Commercial Issues.
- Improve Customer Response Time.
- Liaison between Customer & CFT.
