Job Deliverables Manager – Accounts & Finance

The Manager – Accounts & Finance will be responsible for leading the overall finance and accounting operations of the organization. This role requires a commercially driven finance leader with extensive experience in manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, export finance, trade finance, statutory compliance, treasury management, budgeting, financial planning and business analytics.

The incumbent will partner with senior management to provide financial insights, strengthen internal controls, improve profitability, optimize working capital and ensure complete statutory compliance across all manufacturing locations.

The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership abilities with hands-on expertise in managing finance functions within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Lead and manage the complete accounting function of the organization.
- Ensure timely preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Prepare Profit & Loss Statements,



Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements and Management Reports.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.
- Monitor General Ledger, Trial Balance, Fixed Asset Register and accounting reconciliations.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closures.
- Review accounting entries and ensure financial accuracy across all business transactions.
- Maintain robust financial controls and accounting processes.

2. Manufacturing Finance & Cost Accounting

The role requires in-depth understanding of manufacturing finance with responsibility for:
- Product costing and cost sheet preparation.
- Standard Costing and Actual Costing.
- Process Costing and Batch Costing.
- Machine Hour Costing.
- Bill of Material (BOM) verification.
- Raw Material Consumption Analysis.
- Production Cost Analysis.
- Factory Overhead Allocation.
