- Reporting to: Plant Head / Operations Director

Key Responsibilities
- Foam & Mattress QMS: Develop, implement, and maintain the plant's Quality Management System (QMS) specifically tailored to polyurethane (PU) foam, memory foam, latex, and spring mattress assembly lines.
- Formulation & Density Control: Standardize testing protocols for chemical pouring, block curing, and density verification ($kg/m^3$) to eliminate variation in foam hardness and compression sets.
- CAPA & Defect Root Cause: Lead cross-functional investigations into manufacturing defects (e.g., sagging, uneven cell structures, fabric misalignment, adhesive failures) and implement robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Audit & Compliance Governance: Act as the primary interface for internal, retail partner,



and national regulatory quality audits (including ISO and IS certifications for bedding).
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of Quality Controllers, Line Inspectors, and Laboratory Technicians across both the foaming plant and the stitching/assembly line.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Reduction in Scrap Rate / Block Trimming Waste.
- First Pass Yield (FPY) on finished mattress assemblies.
- Turnaround time on customer warranty claims and sagging complaints.

Qualifications & Competencies
- B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
- Deep knowledge of ASTM/IS testing methods for versatile polyurethane foam.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
