Role Overview

We are looking for an Online Aggregator Manager to own and grow our presence across food delivery and dining platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, Dineout, Magicpin, and other online aggregators.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how customers discover restaurants online, how platform algorithms work, and how to optimize listings, promotions, and campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Aggregator Management
- Manage end-to-end operations across Swiggy, Zomato, Dineout, Magicpin, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure all restaurant listings are accurate, updated, and optimized.




- Coordinate onboarding of new outlets and menu launches.

Menu & Pricing Optimization
- Optimize menu structure for better visibility and conversions.
- Monitor pricing strategy while maintaining profitability.
- Recommend combo meals, add-ons, upselling opportunities, and seasonal offerings.

Campaign Management
- Plan and execute platform-funded and self-funded promotional campaigns.
- Manage discounts, offers, banner placements, sponsored listings, and visibility campaigns.
- Evaluate campaign ROI and optimize performance continuously.

Performance & Analytics
- Monitor daily sales, order volume, conversion rates, cancellations, customer ratings, and delivery metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify growth opportunities through data-driven decision making.

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Account
