Role Description
The Warehouse Helper at HOTEL QUEEN is a full-time, on-site role based in Islampur. The role involves assisting with daily warehouse operations, including receiving deliveries, checking and organizing incoming goods, and preparing items for internal distribution. The Warehouse Helper will pack and label items, move inventory to designated storage areas, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Day-to-day tasks also include supporting loading and unloading activities, following safety guidelines,



and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure materials and supplies are available when needed. The role may involve operating material-handling equipment, following standard operating procedures, and completing basic documentation or inventory logs.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform Shipping & Receiving tasks, including checking orders and verifying delivery documents.
- Skills in Packing and organizing goods for storage or internal transfer, with attention to labels and accuracy.
- Experience with Unloading materials safely and efficiently from trucks or other vehicles.
- Knowledge of Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use, or willingness to be trained on material-handling equipment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices and ability to follow instructions and standard procedures.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items as required, and to stand for extended periods.
