Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential vendors and negotiate prices, terms, and conditions.
- Manage vendor performance by setting goals, tracking progress, and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for procurement strategy development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-8 years of experience in purchasing or procurement management from a manufacturing organization (preferably in the refrigerator industry).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or equivalent qualification; MBA in Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Robust understanding of purchase planning, vendor selection, contract negotiation, pricing analysis, inventory control, logistics coordination.
- SAP Knowledge
