We are seeking a creative and strategic
Youtube trategist
to build and grow the YouTube presence of entrepreneurs, founders, and industry leaders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, increasing audience engagement, and positioning individuals as thought leaders through impactful video content.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a YouTube-focused personal branding strategy aligned with the individual's goals, expertise, and target audience.
- Create content calendars, video topic pipelines, and publishing schedules to ensure consistent channel growth.
- Research industry trends, audience interests, competitor channels, and content opportunities to identify high-performing video ideas.
- Collaborate closely with founders, executives, and creators to transform their insights, experiences, and expertise into engaging YouTube content.
- Plan content formats such as podcasts, interviews, educational videos, thought leadership content, and industry insights.
- Work with video editors, designers,



and content teams to ensure high-quality video production and channel consistency.
- Monitor channel performance, audience engagement, watch time, subscriber growth, and other key YouTube metrics.
- Optimize content strategies based on analytics, audience behavior, and platform trends.
- Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and emerging content trends to maximize reach and visibility.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in personal branding, YouTube content strategy, creator management, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of YouTube content planning, channel growth strategies, audience engagement, and YouTube SEO.
- Excellent storytelling, content planning, and communication skills.
- Experience managing or growing a YouTube channel for a founder, executive, creator, or industry expert.
- Familiarity with YouTube Analytics and performance tracking tools.
