Role Objective

The LSM & Events Executive is responsible for transforming our cafes into vibrant community hubs. By conceptualizing and executing high-engagement activities—ranging from creative workshops to private celebrations—the goal is to drive customer footfall, enhance the brand experience, and build a pipeline for high-value bookings like corporate events and birthday parties.

Key Responsibilities

1.
Event Conceptualization & Execution

• Activity Hosting: Plan and lead engagement activities such as perfume making, sip & paint, and canvas workshops.

• Event Hosting: Confidently host in-cafe engagement formats like trivia nights, open mics, community mixers, coffee-related sessions, and ticketed events while actively interacting with guests and creating high-energy experiences.

• Coffee Experiences: Collaborate with trained baristas to execute coffee workshops, brewing sessions, latte art experiences, and educational coffee tastings at outlets.

• Entertainment Management: Source and coordinate local talent for music events and live performances at the cafes.





• Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end logistics of every event, ensuring a seamless experience for both attendees and the store operations team.

Sales & Lead Generation

• Private Bookings: Use engagement activities as a 'hook' to sell the cafe space for birthday parties, kitty parties, and corporate gatherings.

• Revenue Growth: Focus on activities that not only attract a crowd but also increase the Average Order Value (AOV) during the event.

• Inbound Management: Act as the primary point of contact for local event inquiries and group bookings.

3.
Local Store Marketing (LSM)

• Community Outreach: Build relationships with local influencers, hobbyists, and corporate offices to promote upcoming cafe activities.

• Audience Attraction: Develop 'feet-on-street' and digital strategies to ensure every event reaches maximum capacity.
