Partnership Manager UK Sales

About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Partnership Manager to manage and grow strategic partnerships across the UK market. The role will focus on identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, managing enterprise accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with UK clients and a strong background in hospitality, travel, accommodation, corporate sales, account management, procurement, or partnership management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard new strategic partners across the UK market.
- Manage the complete business development lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, procurement teams, travel management companies, hotel groups, and accommodation partners.
- Drive revenue growth through partner acquisition, account expansion, and commercial negotiations.
- Conduct business reviews and develop growth plans with existing partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding and partner satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and partnership terms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and account performance reports through CRM platforms.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and partnership discussions.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in the following industries will be highly preferred:
- Corporate Travel Management Companies (TMCs) handling B2B travel and corporate accommodation.
- International Hotel Chains with experience in Corporate Sales, Government Sales, Key
