Role Description
The Performance Marketing and Marketplace Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including paid search, social, display, and remarketing, to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. The manager will oversee marketplace operations on platforms such as e-commerce marketplaces and brand-owned online stores, including product listings, pricing, promotions,



and inventory coordination with internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, managing budgets, coordinating with creative and merchandising teams, and implementing experiments to improve return on ad spend. The role also involves managing relationships with marketplace partners, ensuring accurate catalog management, maintaining brand consistency, and preparing regular performance reports and insights for leadership.

Qualifications
- Strong performance marketing expertise, including experience with paid search, paid social, display, and remarketing campaigns, with a focus on ROI and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplace operations (e.g., product listings, content optimization, pricing, promotions, inventory and catalog management).
- Proficiency with analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytic
