We are looking for a Senior Recruiter / Team Lead who can independently drive hiring mandates with speed, ownership, and a consultative approach.

What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple client mandates across IT, SaaS, Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Cloud, Cyber Security, along with selective hiring across Pharma, Manufacturing, Automobile, Industrial Engineering, and other corporate functions.




- Partner with founders, CXOs, and hiring managers to understand business needs and build effective hiring strategies.
- Source and engage high-quality talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, networking, referrals, headhunting, and market mapping.
- Drive the complete recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and successful onboarding.
- Manage multiple niche and leadership hiring mandates while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted hiring partner.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, share best practices, and contribute to process improvements.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring insights to leadership.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- 5-10 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a Recruitment consulting firm.
- Strong expertise in IT & SaaS hiring across Product, Engineering, Technology, Cloud, AI, Data,
